Our recommended governesses have at least 3 years of experience,
a clean criminal background, Pediatric CPR/AED certification, and verified references.
Once you've submitted our engagement form, our team will contact you
within 1-2 business days to schedule a consultation via Zoom or phone call.
A governess search fee of $250 will apply.
Upon hire, a one-time placement fee will apply (15% of the governess's yearly salary)
W-2 Forms, Contracts, payroll resources, and monthly Christ-centered activity resources will be provided.
What is a Governess?
A governess serves as a personal educator and child caregiver, concentrating mainly on a child's academic, social, and ethical growth within a home environment. Their responsibilities encompass offering private tutoring, instructing on etiquette and life skills, aiding with homework, planning educational activities, and occasionally teaching specialized subjects like languages or music. Although their main emphasis is on education, governesses may also take on certain childcare and household tasks, such as preparing meals and managing wardrobes, based on the family's requirements.
